This privacy statement discloses the privacy practices for the Jazz Foundation of America (JFA).
JFA is sincerely committed to maintaining your privacy.
We send our email newsletter twice a year to those users who have signed up to be on our emailing list. We will also be sending four emails per year regarding our two biggest events "A Great Night in Harlem" and the "Jazz Loft Party." Every email from the JFA contains an option for the user to unsubscribe. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others.
Online donors will be added to JFA's donor database and may occasionally be contacted by regular postal mail. You have the option to opt out of future mailings. You may choose not to receive such information in the manner described above by simply notifying JFA directly at firstname.lastname@example.org or at 212-245-3999 ext 10. JFA is committed to removing any opt out requests as soon as possible. It is our policy not to share any information about an individual to a third party.
The Jazz Foundation of America Web site uses a PCI (Payment Card Industry) Security Standards compliant, secure system which includes fraud controls. Confidential cardholder information is securely handled to protect JFA donors and store customers from identity theft.
The Jazz Foundation of America routinely gathers data on Web site activity, such as how many people visit our Web site, the pages they visit and [where they come from]. Site visitorship data is collected on an aggregate, anonymous basis, which means no personal information is associated with this data.
